These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AskBibleAnswers, a website that lets you ask questions about the Bible and receive answers generated by artificial intelligence (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AskBibleAnswers is operated by an individual based in the United States. You can reach us at cristimaxinmihai@yahoo.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
AskBibleAnswers provides AI-generated responses to questions about the Bible, along with devotional content such as prayers, topic guides, and frequently asked questions. Answers are produced automatically by a large language model.
Important: answers are generated by AI and may be wrong. AskBibleAnswers is not a pastor, priest, counselor, or theological authority, and its answers are not reviewed by one before you see them. Responses may contain errors, omissions, misquotations, or interpretations that conflict with your tradition. Always verify against Scripture itself and consult qualified spiritual leaders in your own faith community for guidance that matters.
The Service does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing it produces should be treated as such. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away — in the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
You can ask three questions a day without an account. After that, using the AI chat requires a free account, created with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
New accounts receive a free trial of 7 days, during which you may ask up to 5 AI questions per day. The daily count resets each day and unused questions do not carry over. After the trial ends, an active paid subscription is required to continue asking AI questions. Written answers, prayers, and other content already published on the site remain freely available.
Free usage is counted on our servers and tied to your account, not to your browser or device. Creating additional accounts in order to obtain extra free questions is not permitted. Trial length and daily limits are set by us and may change at any time.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal: Manage Subscription. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
If you cannot access the portal, email cristimaxinmihai@yahoo.com and we will cancel it for you. We do not require a reason and there is no cancellation fee.
Refunds are covered in Section 8 and are not affected by how you cancel.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of a charge by emailing cristimaxinmihai@yahoo.com. Refund requests made after 7 days are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
We may change subscription prices. If a price change affects your existing subscription, we will notify you before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price is charged.

You keep ownership of the questions and text you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them as needed to operate the Service — including sending them to our AI provider to generate a response. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, such as health details, financial account numbers, or government identifiers.
The design, code, written content, and branding of AskBibleAnswers belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Scripture quotations are drawn from Bible translations used under public domain status or the applicable license terms of the translation in question. You may use AI-generated answers for your own personal study and sharing, but not to build a competing service.
The Service relies on third parties, including Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (user accounts and data storage), and Vercel (hosting). Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the parts they handle. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in those services.
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or theological soundness of AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated answers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. If we terminate your paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

You can delete your account at any time using the Delete Account link in the site header. You will be asked to confirm twice, including typing the word DELETE.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes your account, your email address, and your saved questions and answers. We cannot restore a deleted account, and creating a new account later does not bring back your history.
If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account cancels it immediately. You lose any time remaining in the billing period you already paid for, and that remaining time is not refunded. If you would rather keep your access until the end of the period you paid for, cancel from the billing portal (Section 7) first and delete your account afterwards. Section 8 still applies to a charge made within the last 7 days.
Payment records are kept by Stripe for tax and accounting purposes. If anything goes wrong during deletion, email cristimaxinmihai@yahoo.com.
